Hackathon project for HackMIT 2020

The Idea

NavScape is an AI enabled indoor navigation system that uses CCTV footage data in conjunction with existing methodologies to prepare public institutions to sustain in a post-covid world. This product helps you navigate within buildings and indoor environments where GPS is unavailable. NavScape ensures the safety of a person who wants to go from point A to point B in a building by finding routes for him/her such that there is minimum human interaction. It avoids paths that will expose the user from entering crowded areas thereby ensuring safety from Coronavirus in a post Covid19 world. The entire product has been wrapped up into a Unity3D simulation.
